Pam is an experienced sales professional and mother of 5 children, ages 17 to 10. She is committed to meeting each customer's needs and expectations. Pam's career began as a hotshot driver covering the Gulf Coast region. She is driven to providing excellent customer service in this competitive industry. Her motivation has expanded the customer lists of Performance and her dedication has secured the growth of our company.
Jean Ouellet
President
Jean is a visionary leader who brings over 30 years of business experience to Performance. In addition to being part owner and manager of a midsize oilfield service company between 2003 and 2012, Jean has served as attorney and legal advisor for numerous oil-related businesses in the southern states and Canada since 1990. Jean’s expertise, drive for excellence, and dedication make him uniquely qualified to lead Performance. When not practicing law or managing Performance, Jean enjoys traveling with his wife, and two children. He spends most of his days fishing and hunting at his camp.
Drew Bellard
CEO Operations
Drew comes to Performance with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the oilfield industry. He is a problem-solver, dedicated to identifying and addressing customer needs. His career began as a roustabout/fitter/welder on drilling rigs and production platforms. He then worked as Operations Manager where he focused on redesigning and improving equipment to address various challenges. His subsequent experience was spent developing and directing the strategy for the launch of new products. He created a product line that exceeded industry expectations while maintaining a safe work environment for employees and customers. Drew’s continued commitment to perfection and safety are the driving forces for co-founding Performance. Drew and his wife Pam have five beautiful children. Drew enjoys hog hunting at his camp in North Louisiana.
